Responsibility for the delivery of parking services lies solely with the service provider you choose.

A booking is confirmed when you receive a booking reference number by email. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us promptly.
All bookings are non-transferable and subject to availability.
If a service provider cannot fulfill your booking, we will issue a refund. However, we will not be liable for any additional costs you may incur.
Please bring your booking confirmation when you travel to assist the service provider in verifying your booking.
Special rate options, such as "Mystery" or "Saver" products, reveal car park details only after booking. Please ensure these meet your needs before purchasing, as they may not match all preferences.
All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and cover pre-booking services.
Booking fees are non-refundable.
Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. The payment processor's name may appear on your bank or card statement.
Certain service providers may charge extra fees (e.g., for terminal parking, extended stays, or larger vehicles). Please check your booking confirmation for any applicable charges.
If you require a VAT receipt, we can request this from the service provider as Compare Elite Parking acts only as a booking agent.
Cancellations are permitted up to 48 hours before the scheduled drop-off time, subject to a £15 administration fee, unless cancellation cover was purchased.
Certain discounted, non-flexible, or special rate bookings (such as Mystery products) are not eligible for cancellations or amendments.
Cancellation cover allows a refund (minus booking fees and add-ons) up to 48 hours before your booking.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the drop-off time, or failure to show up, will not be refunded.
Any changes to pick-up times after drop-off must be arranged directly with the service provider and may incur additional charges.
By booking through Compare Elite Parking, you agree to both our terms and the terms of your selected service provider.
Service providers are fully responsible for service delivery and meeting their advertised service standards.
Vehicles must be roadworthy.
Service providers may transfer vehicles between compounds for operational or security purposes. These facilities may vary in features; if you have specific requirements, contact the service provider directly before booking.
Additional charges for extended stays or larger vehicles may apply, set by the service provider and independent of Compare Elite Parking.
We do not inspect, endorse, or guarantee the standards or security of any service provider.
Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk. Compare Elite Parking is not liable for any loss or damage to your vehicle or its contents.
We strongly advise removing valuables from your vehicle and arranging suitable insurance cover while your vehicle is with the service provider.
Service providers are expected to maintain operational insurance, but we do not verify or guarantee their coverage.
Our liability is limited to errors in processing bookings. For issues such as vehicle damage, theft, or delays, you must contact the service provider directly.
Compare Elite Parking is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as missed flights, additional travel costs, or loss of enjoyment.
Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the cost of your booking, in line with UK consumer law.

We will assist where possible, but responsibility for resolving service complaints rests with the provider.
